Carefree of Stafford is located at Hope Springs Marina in Stafford, Virginia. We are located on a protected section of beautiful Aquia Creek, with 700 feet of sandy beach and just minutes from the Potomac River.Only four miles from Interstate 95 (Exit 140), our facility is conveniently located, with over six acres of parking, picnic tables and grills in a tree-covered, park-like setting. Boaters will appreciate the variety of amenities available, including an on-site convenience store, and a bathhouse with showers.

One of the newest clubs in the Carefree Boat Club, the Stafford Club enjoys one of the newest fleets, with our BRAND NEW 2008 Monterey boats. In addition to having a new fleet, all Carefree boats in Stafford are kept in our modern indoor boatel – one of the newest boatels in the region. Although as a Carefree member, cleaning and maintenance is not a concern, the benefit ofkeeping our fleet high,safe, dry equates to an unprecedented ability to provide minimal down time in the fleet, which means more time for you to enjoy the boats.

Having the boats launched from the boatel also is a huge convenience factor when starting and ending your day – there is no docking in a slip to worry about. Our dock staff is there to help you depart, and ready and waiting to grab a line when you return. For those with children, you will appreciate the ability to get in and out quickly and safely.
