The Clear Lake area is a great location for Carefree Boat Club! As a member, I love having easy access to Kemah Boardwalk and Galveston Bay, all from a boat! My best summer days are spent cruising around, thanks to Carefree Boat Club.
On a scale of 1-10 Carefree Boat Club deserves a 10! The staff is warm, welcoming, and good at educating about boating. There are many boats to select from, and has always been availability upon request. They are kept in great condition, very clean, and are always fully fueled upon arrival. Membership allows me to use all three locations in Texas, Clear Lake, Galveston, and Lake Conroe. Prices are exceptional compared to rental or owning a boat. You can’t beat Carefree Boat Club.
My family and I had a great experience boating with Carefree Boat Club. The staff was extremely informative and accommodating and got us ready for our fabulous day of boating. We were easily able to rent tubes from Pinky’s on Clear Lake, and enjoyed our 4 hour boating experience. The process was really hassle free, just like they say!
Galveston Bay is really beautiful this time of year. We ran across a pod of about 20 porpoises recently, and threw them live shrimp!
